measures 6"with a 1" gap, although is slightly adjustable. I can always trim the ends shorter for smaller wrists as well, just shoot me a message. (A 6" cuff will fit a 7" wrist— so if your wrist is smaller than 7" I would recommend having the ends trimmed)- after placing your order email me.
